Brisbane Contemporary Dance Intensive
Once you are accepted into the BCDI program you will be given a timeframe in which full payment is to be made. Please note, your place in the program is only confirmed when full payment is made. Other students may be on the waiting list so it is vital we try and accommodate as many willing participants as possible. Please note, if you are unable to pay in one transaction, we are more than happy to accommodate an agreed payment plan.
If you have made your payment and confirmed your place but wish/need to cancel please note the following terms and conditions:
- Cancellation outside of 21 days of the program commencement date – full refund.
- Cancellation less than 21 days but more than 14 days of the program commencement date – 25% of payment is withheld as administration fees and not refundable.
- Cancellation within 14 days of the program commencement date – no refund is offered however your fee may be transferred to another BCDI program later in the year or the following year**.
**Whilst we understand last minute illness and injury can take place as well as your circumstances, the exclusive nature of the program and limited positions, does not allow us to offer last minute refunds. We will work closely with you however to ensure you do not miss out on this opportunity in future.
In the highly unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances forces EDC to cancel the program or any part of the program, you will receive a full refund.
EDC has the right to alter or change any part of the program as required.
Focus 1.0 and 2.0
• You must be a secondary school dance teacher to attend this workshop
• Cancellation outside of 21 days of the program commencement date – full refund.
• Cancellation less than 21 days but more than 14 days of the program commencement date – 25% of payment is withheld as administration fees and not refundable.
• Cancellation within 14 days of the program commencement date – no refund is offered**.

• Only open to High Schools teaching dance
• Cancellation outside of 21 days of the workshop date – full refund.
