Jack Ziesing

Jack first started dancing under the direction of Ruth Osborne in Canberra with the Australian Choreographic Centre’s youth dance program, Quantum Leap. While there, he was fortunate to work with such artists as Sol Ulbrich, Vicki Van Hout, Albert David, Paul Zivkovich, Anton, Jodie Ferrugia, Fiona Malone, Natalie Cursio, Alice Lee Holland and Marko Panzic. In 2008, Jack began his study at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. During his study, Jack was offered a scholarship to participate in the Taipei Ideas Dance Festival. He later travelled to the United States to perform in Sue Peacock’s work any given moment at the World Dance Alliance Conference and was also featured in Gary Stewart’s film Collision Course. Just before joining EDC in 2011 Jack performed at the opening of the New State Theatre in Perth with Ludwig Dance in Chrissie Parrott’s, Cyg.Net.
